Terms of Service

Pixli PDF Scanner. Last updated 23 October 2026.

By installing or using Pixli PDF Scanner ("the app"), published by Umar Farooq, Pakistan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Using the app

You may use the app for personal or business purposes, as long as you follow the law. Do not use it to scan, copy, alter or convert documents you have no right to handle, or to create forged or misleading documents.

Your documents

Your documents belong to you. The app works on your phone and does not upload them. You are responsible for keeping backups: files kept only inside the app are removed if you uninstall the app or clear its storage.

Accuracy of results

Text recognition and file conversion can make mistakes, and conversions to Word, Excel and PowerPoint do not keep fonts and layout. Please check results before relying on them. Sign PDF adds a picture of your drawn signature. It is not a certified digital signature and may not be legally binding.

Licence and ownership

The app is licensed to you, not sold. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer it except where the law allows. Open-source components stay under their own licences.

Changes and availability

I may update, change or stop the app at any time.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not responsible for lost data, lost profits or other indirect damage arising from the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be published on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
